دور برامج الدعم الفلاحي في ترقية الإنتاج الفلاحي بولاية بسكرة خلال الفترة 2010-2017

Résumé: نهدف من خلال دراستنا الى ابراز مدى نجاعة برامج الدعم الفلاحي في تطوير الانتاج الفلاحي وتحسينه في ولاية بسكرة، أي مدى تأثير برامج دعم الاستثمار الفلاحي على الإنتاج الفلاحي في ولاية بسكرة؟، وبعد تعرضنا لأهم الإصلاحات الفلاحية التي قامت بها الجزائر منذ سنة 2000 خلصنا في الأخير إلى التأثير الجد إيجابي للدعم الفلاحي على الإنتاج النباتي والحيواني في ولاية بسكرة خلال الفترة 2010-2017، حيث استفادت الولاية من غلاف مالي فاق 01 مليار دج قدم للفلاحين من قبل صناديق الاستثمار الفلاحي، كما استنتجنا أن الولاية تتميز بثلاث شعب استراتيجية لا بد من الاهتمام بها وإعطائها المكانة اللائقة والتي يمكن ان تكون أحد البدائل التنموية خارج القطاع النفطي In our study, we aim at highlighting the effectiveness of agricultural support programs in the development and improvement of agricultural production in the state of Biskra, ie, the extent to which agricultural investment support programs affect the agricultural production in Biskra ?, After experiencing the most important agricultural reforms carried out by Algeria since 2000, we concluded with the most positive impact of agricultural support on plant and animal production in Biskra State during the period 2010-2017. The state benefited from a financial envelope exceeding 10 billion dj for farmers by investment funds And we concluded that the state is characterized by three strategic people that must be paid attention to and give it a decent place, which could be one of the alternatives development outside the oil sector.
