Résumé: تدور هذه الدراسة حول حرية تداول المعلومات في الجزائر، وبعض الأنظمة القانونية المقارنة ،.منها مصر فتناقش الأساس الدستوري لحرية تداول المعلومات ، وتلقي الضوء على أوجه القصور التي تعتري الحماية الدستورية لهذه لحرية كما توضح أهم المعايير الواردة في القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان ، وكذلك المبادئ التي استقرت عليها أحكام بعض المحاكم الإقليمية This study revolves around the freedom of circulation of information in Algeria, and some comparative legal systems, including Egypt, discussing the constitutional basis for the freedom of circulation of information, and highlighting the shortcomings of the constitutional protection of this freedom as it clarifies the most important standards set out in international law on the rights of man, as well as the principles on which the judgments of some regional courts have been settled.
