أثر ضغوط العمل في المؤسسات الاستشفائية على الرضا الوظيفي في ظل جائحة كورونا (دراسة مقارنة بين عينة من المؤسسات الاستشفائية العمومية والخاصة)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر ضغوط العمل في المؤسسات الاستشفائية على الرضا الوظيفي في ظل دخول المنظومة الصحية الجزائرية في مواجهة الموجة الرابعة من وباء كورونا، وللوصول إلى أدق النتائج اعتمد الباحثون على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية ضعيفة بين ضغوط العمل والرضا الوظيفي للعاملين، وكذا توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه لا توجد فروقات في إجابات المبحوثين حول مستويات ضغوط العمل تعزى إلى متغيري المؤسسة وطبيعة ملكية المؤسسة، في حين توجد فروقات في إجابات المبحوثين حول مستويات الرضا الوظيفي تعزى إلى متغيري المؤسسة وطبيعة ملكية المؤسسة This study aims to determine the impact of work stress in hospital institutions on job satisfaction in light of the entry of the Algerian health system in the face of the fourth wave of the Corona epidemic.
