Résumé: الملخص: عرفت المؤسسات الدستورية في تونس تغييرات ملحوظة رتبها التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2014، والتي مست كل من المؤسسة التشريعية والتنفيذية والقضائية والرقابة الدستورية، ففيما تمثلت هذه التغييرات ؟ والهدف من هذه الدراسة هو إبراز التغييرات المؤسساتية التي جاء بها دستور2014 ، والكشف عن حقيقة هذه الإصلاحات. وقد حاول المؤسس الدستوري التونسي من خلال هذا التعديل تكريس ملامح الديمقراطية بخلق نوع من التوازن بين السلطتين التشريعية والتنفيذية، وكذا تحقيق استقلالية السلطة القضائية والمحكمة الدستورية. Abstract: The constitutional institutions in Tunisia have known remarkable changes arranged by the constitutional amendment of 2014, which affected ? the legislative, executive and judicial institutions and constitutional control. What were these changes .The aim of this study is to highlight the institutional changes brought about by the 2014 constitution, and to reveal the reality of these reforms Through this amendment, the Tunisian constitutional founder tried to consolidate the features of democracy by creating a kind of balance . between the legislative and executive powers, as well as achieving the independence of the judiciary and the Constitutional Court
