الخطاب الحداثي للإسلاميين –حركة النهضة التونسية أنموذجا-

Résumé: أثار صعود الإسلاميين إلى السلطة بعد 2011 حالة من الاستقطاب المجتمعي في العديد من الدول. وبينما تصدر المشهد السياسي العربي تكاثف أنشطة التنظيمات الجهادية التي اتخذت العنف منهجا لها، اتجهت الحركات الإسلامية المعتدلة على غرار حركة النهضة التونسية نحو إعادة تأسيس ذاتها وبلورة تصوراتها وأفكارها وتبني خطاب حداثي يرتكز على تبني القيم الإسلامية لمفهوم يوازي قيم الديمقراطية والتعددية، وذلك للنأي عن الفهم المتشدد للإسلام. الدراسة هي محاولة للبحث في مدى تمكن حركة النهضة التونسية من التوفيق بين خطابها الاسلامي الحداثي و ممارستها السياسية. تفترض الدراسة أن تطوير الحركات الإسلامية لخطابها السياسي يعبر عن واقعية سياسة للتكيف مع مقتضيات المرحلة الانتقالية. الهدف من البحث إذا هو تسليط الضوء على مضامين الخطاب الإسلامي الحداثي لحركة النهضة التونسية والكشف عن مخرجات الممارسة السياسية في ضوء ذلك الخطاب. توصلت الدراسة بالاعتماد على منهجية تحليلية إلى نتيجة مفادها أن خطاب حركة النهضة الحداثي قد عبّر عن التحلي بواقعية سياسية تقتضيها المرحلة تقوم على التوفيق بين الديمقراطية كأداة حكم عصرية وبين مبادئ الإسلام السياسية. كلمات مفتاحية: الحركات الاسلامية.، الخطاب الاسلامي.، حركة النهضة.، الحداثة.، الديمقراطية. The rise of Islamists to power after 2011 sparked societal polarization in many countries. While the intensification of the activities jihadist organizations took the lead in the political scene of the Arab region, moderate Islamic movements such as Ennahda movement of Tunisia, have tended towards re-establishing themselves, their perceptions and ideas and adopting a modernist discourse mainly based on adapting Islamic values conception going along with the values of democracy and pluralism, in order to distance themselves from extremist Islamic conception. On this basis, the study aims to analyze the extent to which Ennahda movement was able to adhere to its modernist Islamic discourse in its political practice. The study assumes that the renewal of its political discourse by Islamic movements expresses a realistic policy in order to adapt to conditions of the transitional period. Accordingly, the objective of the study is to focus on the modernist Islamic discourse content of Ennahda movement and reveal the outputs of political practice in light of its modernist discourse. Based on analytical method, the paper concludes that the modernist discourse of Ennahda expressed a more realistic political approach to transitional conditions in order to bring into harmony democracy as governing tool and Islamic political principles.
