دراسة علاقة جودة الخدمة البنكية بولاء العميل – دراسة حالة بنك الخليج الجزائري Agb

Résumé: لقد كان الهدف من دراستنا هو تقييم جودة الخدمة التي يقدمها بنك AGB من وجهة نظر العملاء في ولاية سعيدة ثم إبراز دور جودة الخدمة في تحقيق رضا العملاء و تشكيل موقف ايجابي لديهم تجاه البنك بالإضافة إلى اختبار اثر هذين الأخيرين على ولاء العملاء، لذا تم توزيع استمارة على 83 عميل بحيث قمنا بمعالجة البيانات باستخدام نماذج المعادلات الهيكلية ( طريقة المربعات الصغرى الجزئية PLS (، أين توصلنا لجملة من النتائج نوجزها في أن تقديم البنك لخدمات ذات جودة عالية يؤدي إلى تحقيق رضا العملاء و يساهم في تكوين موقف ايجابي لديهم الذي يؤدي بدوره إلى كسب ولائهم، غير أن وجود رضا العملاء لايؤدي إلى تشكيل موقف ايجابي لدى العملاء كما أنه لايؤدي بالضرورة إلى تحقيق ولاء العميل. The main objective of our study is to evaluate the level of service quality at the AGB Bank from the customers' point of view in Saida, And to determine how service quality influence the customer satisfaction and the attitude towards the bank. In addition, we test the impact of these variables on the customers' loyalty, and to achieve this goal we have distributed questionnaires on 83 clients, so we treat the data with using structural equation modeling (PLS approach), the result showed that providing high services quality leads to customer satisfaction and contributes to make a positive attitude which leads to loyalty. But, a customer satisfaction neither leads to a positive customer attitude, nor customer loyalty
