Résumé: The technological development and the complexity of the production and distribution methods in addition to the development of products, especially industrial ones, has led to the emergence of a real consumer societies, and at the same time it became very difficult, if not impossible, to prove the product is wrong and specifically endures. The rules of the consumer protection act has dealt with product liability and obligations, such as the commitment to ensuring authority, his commitment to the media, his commitment to safety .... etc. Article 140 bis of the civil code introduced civil liability for the producer of the product defective, and the protection of the affected people who are either parties in the contract or outside. as careful not survive without compensation in case of lack of charge, where article 140 bis carried 01 of the civil code of state responsible for compensation for physical damages caused by defective products. These rules included a special system of responsibility called liability without fault, or the so-called objectivity of responsibility with a basis of risk and not a mistake. Thus, each product is acting contrary to legal obligations, it bears responsibility for professional as soon as the victim without the need to prove wrong, it is sufficient to prove a causal relationship between damage and defect provided that the product put up for trading. In order to alleviate the suffering of the victims before the courts, it is imperative the realization of the rules of liability insurance products to ensure full compensation for victims of consumption accidents. In light of the foregoing, we will try to adjust the civil liability of the product for industrial products under the general rules as well as to highlight the most important changes to the civil liability through the updated rules, and finally the study of compensation for damages
