أثر الرفعة المالية على الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الخدماتية "دراسة عينة من المؤسسات في القطاع الخدمي في ورقلة- الجزائر بإستخدام نماذج Panel" خلال الفترة (2009-2017)

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة ما مدى تأثير الرافعة المالية على الأداء المالي في المؤسسة الإقتصادية الجزائرية الناشطة في قطاع الإتصالات، وهذا من خلال تقييم أثر الرفع المالي على الأداء المالي لهذه المؤسسات، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قمنا بدراسة تطبيقية على عينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية التي تنشط في قطاع الإتصالات، حيث شملت الدراسة أربع مؤسسات خلال الفترة 2009-2017، وتم استخدام المتغيرات الوصفية، ونموذج بنال، لدراسة أثر الرفع المالي كمتغير مستقل والأداء المالي كمتغير تابع، وذلك بالإعتماد على البرنامج Evieusتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: وجود دلالة إحصائية للعلاقة الخطية طردية ما بين المتغيرين RcpوEffبنسبة 75%؛ لا توجد معنوية للعلاقة بين أثر الرفع والمردودية الاقتصادية إذا أخذنا كل المعطيات جملة واحدة(وكأنها مؤسسة واحدة)، وفي ظل هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة إلى: التعمق أكثر وتحليل نسب المردودية بغرض كشف العوامل التي تؤثر فيها بالإيجاب أو السلب؛ يمكن للمؤسسات أن تحسن مردوديتها المالية بالاستندانة، شريطة أن يكون معدل تكلفة الفروض أقل من المردودية الإقتصادية (أثر الرافعة). This study aims to know the extent of financial leverage impact on the financial performance of the Algerian economic companies working acting on the telecommunications filed; within evaluating the effect of financial leverage on financial performance of these companies, to achieve this goal we have done an applied study on sample economical companies working on the domain of telecommunications , the study included four companies during the period from 2009 until 2017, we used the descriptive variables and Panel model to study the impact of the financial leverage as Independent variable and financial performance as a dependent variable by using the program of ‘’ EVIEUS ‘’ . The study reached several results, such us: There is a statistical significant of the linear relationship between the two variables by 75%, There is no significant relation between the effect of financial leverage and economic profitability if we take all the data by one time, within these results, the study recommended a deep analysis of cost-benefit ratios in order to detect the factors that affect them positively or negatively, Institutions can also improve their financial profitability through leveraging, in condition that the loan cost ration is lower than the economical profitability.
