دور تكنولوجيا الإعلام و الاتصال في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسات دراسة عينة من المؤسسات في القطاع المالي بولاية ورقلة -خلال الفترة 2018-2019 -

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة الدور الذي يلعبه استخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام و الاتصال في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسات. وتدعيما لذلك قمنا بدراسة ميدانية ، حيث أجريت على عينة من المؤسسات في القطاع المالي بولاية ورقلة خلال سنة 2019، فقد تم توزيع استبيان على موظفي هاته المؤسسات بغرض معرفة العلاقة بين المتغير المستقل تكنولوجيا الإعلام و الاتصال، و المتغير التابع الأداء المالي للمؤسسات و تمت معالجته عن طريق برنامج SPSS. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطيه قوية بين تكنولوجيا الإعلام و الاتصال و الأداء المالي ، و وجود مستوى مرتفع لاستخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام و الاتصال الذي يؤثر طرديا على مستوى الأداء المالي في المؤسسات المالية محل الدراسة. This study aims at finding out the role played by the use of information and communication technology in improving the financial performance of institutions. In support of this, we conducted a field study. It was conducted on a sample of institutions in the financial sectorduring the year 2019in Ouargla,where a questionnaire was distributed to the employees of these institutions to understanding the relationship between the independent variable of information and communication technology ,and the dependent variable of the financial performance of the institutions ,the questionnaire was processed through the SPSS program. The study concluded that there is a strong relation between information communication technology and financial performance of financial institutions, and a high level of use of information and communication technology, which has a direct effect on the level of financial performance in the financial institutions under study.
