Résumé: الملخص : تعتبر وسائل الإعلام المختلفة، أحد أهم العوامل المؤثرة في تكوين ثقافة المجتمع وأفراده، وفي بناء الوعي الفردي والجمعي داخل المجتمعات البشرية، ومن إفرازات الثورة الإلكترونية، والتطور الهائل في وسائل الاتصال، وظهور ما يُسمى بـالاتصال الجماهيري، حدث تغيير في نظرة الناس للحياة وصحب ذلك تغير في الرؤى والمواقف، وأصبحت تأثيرات وسائل الإعلام جلية في جميع مناحي الحياة. و وسائل الإعلام لا تزودنا فقط بالمعلومات عن القضايا والأحداث التي تجري من حولنا محليا وإقليميا وعالميا، بل تزودناو كذلك تبني لدينا منظورا معينا اتجاهها ، وبالأحرى تبني وعينا وفهمنا لها، وتتدخل وسائل الإعلام في إعادة بناء منظومة القيم لدينا وإعادة صياغة الأولويات في مناحي الحياة لدى الأفراد والمجتمعات، وهي بذلك تعيد بناء الوعي المجتمعي وفق منظور معين.
