Female Entrepreneurship And The Covid-19 Pandemic In Algeria: Integration Pathways Between Resilience And Deficiency

Résumé: This paper examines the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on women entrepreneurs in Algeria, highlighting the key factors influencing their resilience in the face of heightened economic and social challenges. Although the economic context was significantly weakened, the health crisis also served as a catalyst for innovation and fostered the emergence of new entrepreneurial opportunities. The analysis focuses on assessing the effectiveness of state-implemented integration measures and their contribution to strengthening entrepreneurial resilience. Furthermore, it underscores the pivotal role of digital transformation in ensuring the sustainability and growth of women-led businesses. The findings emphasize the necessity of enhanced support for women’s entrepreneurship, stressing the importance of tailored assistance that meets the specific needs of women entrepreneurs. This approach aims to reinforce their capacity to navigate crises and promote inclusive growth in a post-pandemic context.
