مستوى تطبيق مهارات الإدارة الصفية لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى تطبيق مهارات الإدارة الصفية لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي. حيث اعتمد في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي، وبلغت عينة الدراسة 150 بين أستاذ وأستاذة، وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة عشوائية. أمَا فيما يخص معالجة نتائج الدراسة فقد تم الإعتماد على: المتوسطات الحسابية، إختبار "ت" T.test، وتحليل التباين الأحادي Anova. وبعد التحليل الكيفي والكمي لنتائج الدراسة تبين مايلي: أنَ أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي يمارسون مهارات الإدارة الصفية والمتمثلة في مهارة التخطيط، ومهارة تنظيم البيئة المادية، ومهارة إثارة الدافعية، ومهارة الأسئلة الصفية، ومهارة التواصل والتفاعل الإجتماعي بمستوى عال ممَا يمكنهم تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية والتربوية المنشودة. كما أثبتت النتائج أنَه لا توجد فروق في مستوى تطبيق مهارات الإدارة الصفية تعزى لمتغير الجنس أو الخبرة أو المؤهل العلمي. الكلمات المفتاحية: المهارة، الإدارة الصفية، الأستاذ، مرحلة التعليم الإبتدائي Study summary: The current study aimed to know the level of application of classroom management skills among primary education teachers. It was based in our study on the descriptive approach, and the study sample amounted to 150 between a professor and a professor, and the study sample was chosen randomly. As for the treatment of the results of the study, it was relied on: arithmetic averages, T-test, and one-way analysis of variance Anova. After qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results of the study, the following was found: Primary education teachers practice the skills of classroom management represented in the skill of planning, the skill of organizing the physical environment, the skill of arousing motivation, the skill of classroom questions, and the skill of communication and social interaction at a high level, which can achieve the desired educational and educational goals. The results also proved that there are no differences in the application of classroom management skills due to the variable of gender, experience or educational qualification.
