أثر التسويق الداخلي في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي دراسة ميدانية في شركة هندسة الكهرباء والغاز-الوحدة التجارية تقرت

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر التسويق الداخلي في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي لدى عمال شركة هندسة الكهرباء والغاز –تقرت-، و قد تحددت الدراسة بمغير مستقل وهو التسويق الداخلي بأبعاده الخمسة وهي: التوظيف، التدريب، الإتصال الداخلي، التحفيز والتمكين وعلاقته بالمتغير التابع وهو الرضا الوظيفي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم إستمارة إستبيان لغرض جمع البيانات من العينة المستهدفة، وتم إستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية Spss من أجل تحليل البيانات وإختبار فرضيات الدراسة، و التي توصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن هناك علاقة إرتباط قوية بين التسويق الداخلي بمختلف أبعاده والرضا الوظيفي، إضافة إلى أنه توجد فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية للرضا الوظيفي لدى العمال تعزى للجنس، العمر والخبرة This study aims to identify the impact of internal marketing on achieving job satisfaction among workers of the Electricity and Gas Engineering Company -Touggourt -. The study was determined by an independent variable, which is internal marketing with its five dimensions: employment, training, internal communication, motivation and empowerment, and its relationship with the dependent variable, which is job satisfaction. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire form was designed for the purpose of collecting data from the target sample, and the Spss program was used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses of the study, which reached a set of results, the most important of which is that there is a strong correlation between internal marketing in its various dimensions and satisfaction In addition, there are statistically significant differences in the job satisfaction of workers due to gender, age and experience..
