دور تحليل وتقييم الوظائف في تحسين أداء العاملين دراسة حالة شركة هندسة الكهرباء والغاز "وحدة تقرت"

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على وظيفتي تحليل وتقييم الوظائف بأعتبارهما من الوظائف الهامة في ادارة الموارد البشرية ومدى دورهما في تحسين أداء العاملين في شركة هندسة الكهرباء والغاز بتقرت- ورقلة - . تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأعتمدنا على أداة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع بيانات البحث حيث تم توزيع 70 استبيان على عينة شركة هندسة الكهرباء والغاز تقرت-ورقلة- ، وتم أستخدام برنامج spss في أدخال وتحليل بيانات البحث؛ توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن هناك مستوى متوسط لتطبيق تحليل وتقييم الوظائف في المؤسسة محل الدرسة، و وجود أثر لتحليل وتقييم الوظائف على أداء العاملين وعلى قدرة المؤسسة في تحقيق أهدافها واستمرارها في العمل This study aimed to identify the functions of analysis and evaluation of jobs as important functions in the management of human resources and their impact on improving the performance of workers in the engineering company of electricity and gas in Touggourt-Ouargla. The descriptive approach was used and we relied on the questionnaire tool as a tool to collect the research data. 70 questionnaires were distributed to the workers of the Electricity and Gas Engineering Company. The spss program was used in the input and analysis of the research data. The study found a number of results, the most important of which is that there is an average level of application of the analysis and evaluation of jobs in the institution of the school, and the impact of the analysis and evaluation of jobs on the performance of employees and on the ability of the institution to achieve its objectives and continued work
