شرح جامع الأمهات لابن عبد السلام الهواري-تحقيق الصواب في عنوان الكتاب-
Résumé: ملخص: هذا البحث محاولة لتحقيق العنوان الصحيح لشرح ابن عبد السلام الهواري التونسي المالكي (749ﻫ) لجامع الأمهات لابن الحاجب(646ﻫ)؛ حيث طبع مؤخرا-بعد طول ترقب-محققا من طرف جهتين مختلفتين، بعنوانين مختلفين! أحاول ذلك بتطبيق أهم ضوابط تحقيق العنوان الصحيح عليه، واستنطاق أهم أسباب خطئه. كل ذلك من خلال ما قرره أعلام التحقيق وأصلوه، وما جربوه وعايشوه. وقد خلص البحث بفصوله إلى أن ابن عبد السلام لم يضع أي عنوان لكتابه. Abstract: This research is an attempt to investigate the correct title of the explanation of Ibn Abd al-Salam al-Hawari al-Tunisi al-Maliki (749 AH) for he Jami` al-Ummahat by Ibn-by-Ibn al-Hajib (646 AH); where It was recently printed - after long anticipation - investigated by two different investigators, with two different titles! I try to apply the most important controls to achieve the correct title on it, and explore the most important reasons for its error. All this through what the investigation scholars decided and originated, and what they tried and experienced. The research concluded with its chapters that Ibn Abd al-Salam did not put any title for his book
