Résumé: ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية: عند حدوث أي جريمة تمس بالأفراد جسديا يصبح لزاما على المحققين الجنائيين الاستعانة بخبرة فنية معينة ولعل من أهم الخبرات على الإطلاق هي خبرة الطبيب الشرعي لمعاينة مسرح الجريمة من أجل الكشف عن الحقائق المبهمة لمعرفة ظروف ارتكاب الجريمة والقبض على المتهم، إلا أن معاينة الطبيب الشرعي لمسرح الجريمة تتم وفق بروتوكولات وإجراءات قانونية محددة تطرق إليها التشريع الجزائري والتشريعات المقارنة الأخرى في قوانينها المختلفة. ملخص الدراسة باللغة الإنجليزية: When it happens any accident that touches people physically. it is obligatory for investigators get help with specific professional experiences . infact ., the most important experiences for the legal doctor to investigate the crime scene to discover the essential evidences , in order to know the circumstances of doing the crime and catch the guilty person But the doctor's analysis of the crime's scene should follow protocols and legal procuderes laws then it deals with algerian legeslative and legislations alike in their different laws .
