قياس الأداء في البنوك التجارية باستخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن وأسلوب المقارنة المرجعية

Résumé: جاء هذا البحث للإجابة عن الإشكالية المتعلقة بتطبيق بطاقة الأداء المتوازن وأسلوب المقارنة المرجعية كأداة لقياس الأداء في البنوك التجارية عبر استقصاء آراء مجموعة من المدراء ورؤساء المصالح بالمديريات الجهوية للاستغلال لبعض البنوك التجارية في الجزائر وذلك بالاعتماد على أسلوب الاستبيان في ذلك، بحيث تم اختبار مخرجات الدراسة الميدانية بالاعتماد على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS كاختبار الثبات والصدق بمعامل ألفا كرومباخ، دراسة الاتجاه العام لإجابات العينة على محاور الدراسة، تحليل الارتباط بمعامل بيرسون. وقد خلصنا من هذا البحث سواء الجانب النظري منه أو الميداني إلى أن استعمال بطاقة الأداء المتوازن وأسلوب المقاربة المرجعية كأداة لقياس الأداء في البنوك التجارية لا يتم في ميدان الدراسة وذلك راجع لعدة أسباب منها ما تعلق بالخصائص الشخصية لعينة الدراسة كالمستوى التعليمي، وأيضا ما تعلق بالخصائص الموضوعية كنوع البنك عموميا أو خاصا. This research aims to answer the problem related to the implementation of the balanced Scorecard and the benchmarking method as a tool for measuring performance in commercial banks by surveying the opinions of a group of managers and heads of departments in the regional directorates of exploitation of some commercial banks in Algeria. Based on the statistical package for social sciences SPSS as a test of stability and honesty with Alpha Cronbach coefficient, study the general trend of the sample responses on the study axes, correlation analysis with Pearson coefficient. We have concluded from this research, whether theoretical or field, that the use of Balanced Scorecard and the approach of the reference approach as a tool for measuring performance in commercial banks is not done in the field of study, due to several reasons, including the personal characteristics of the study sample as the educational level, As a general or private bank type.
