دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في تعزيز قيم المواطنة في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى كشف وإبراز دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في تعزيز قيم المواطنة في الجزائر ضمن سياق التحولات المجتمعية التي يمر بها المجتمع الجزائري المعاصر، والذي تحول نشاطه من مجرد الإحسان المباشر إلى إحداث التنمية المجتمعية. وخلص إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن المجتمع المدني الجزائري قد لور من مفاهيمه وأساليه لتتماشى والتحولات في مضامین المواطنة، التي جاءت هي الأخرى نتيجة للتجاذبات الفكرية المتواصلة، باعتبارها مفهوم مرن ومتجدد، وهي كوسيلة الغرض منها تحقيق الفعالية في المجتمع، ولها مضامین متعددة، قانونية، سياسية، اجتماعية، اقتصادية، ثقافية، ونفسية وحتى بيئية. Abstract: The aim of this article is to expose and highlight the role of civil society organizations in promoting the values of citizenship in Algeria within the context of the societal transformations experienced by contemporary Algerian society, which has shifted from direct charity to community development. He concluded that the Algerian civil society has developed its concepts and methods to conform to the changes in the contents of citizenship, which have also been the result of continuous intellectual strife, as a flexible and renewed concept, as a means of achieving effectiveness in society and has multiple implications, legal, political, Social, economic, cultural, psychological and even environmental.
