The Impact Of Success Factors Of Knowledge Management On The Financial Performance Of Economic Institutions A Sample Study Of Banks In Algeria

Résumé: Abstract: This research paper aims to know the relationship between knowledge management success factors and financial performance by looking at the relationship between Success factors of Knowledge management and the two financial indicators, the rate of return on ownership and the rate of return on equity, depending on the data collected at the sample of the study sample from active Commercial banks In the Algerian climate environment. The study concluded to verify this link that there is an intermediate relationship between knowledge management processes and the rate of return on investment, and there is no significant effect between knowledge management processes and the rate of return on equity, but in general there is an influence relationship between the variables of management processes Knowledge on financial performance. ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معرفة العلاقة بين عوامل نجاح إدارة المعرفة و الأداء المالي من خلال النظر إلى العلاقة بين عوامل نجاخ إدارة المعرفة و المؤشرين الماليين معدل العائد على الملكية ومعدل العائد على حقوق الملكية، اعتمادا لما تم رصده من بيانات على مستوى عينة الدراسة من البنوك التجارية الناشطة في بيئة المناخ الجزائرية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى التحقق من هذا الارتباط على أنه توجد علاقة متوسطة بين عمليات إدارة المعرفة ومعدل العائد على الاستثمار و ولا يوجد تأثير ذات دلالة معنوية بين عوامل نجاخ إدارة المعرفة و معدل العائد على حقوق الملكية، ولكن بصفة عامة هناك علاقة تأثير بين متغيرات عمليات إدارة المعرفة على الأداء المالي.
