فرق العمل ودورها في إدارة الأزمات دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية الشهيد شريفي محمد القرارة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم إطار نظري وعملي حول مساهمة فرق العمل في إدارة الأزمات . ففي ظل التغيرات البيئة الداخلية والخارجية الحاصلة وحاجة المؤسسة إلى مواجهة الأزمات الحالية والمحتملة وإدارتها والتخفيف من حدتها في الوقت المناسب أصبح لزاما عليها أن تحدد الجهة المسؤولية عن هذه العملية والأساليب المناسبة لتنفيذها ولعل أنجع المناهج التي تمكن من تحقيقها هو إمكانية توظيف وتشكيل فرق العمل يقوم بإدارة الأزمات ومواجهتها و لمعرفة مساهمة فريق العمل لإدارة الأزمات في المؤسسة الإستشفائية العمومية شريفي محمد قمنا بتوزيع الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة على الطاقم الطبي وطاقم التمريض وتم اللجوء إلى الأساليب الإحصائية لتحليل وتفسير النتائج . كما توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها أن المؤسسة محل الدراسة لها فريق عمل يساهم في ادارة الازمات وكل من الرضا والقبول الوظيفي و البعد الزمني يؤثر اجابيا على فريق ادارة الازمات. This aim of this study is to provide a theoretical and practical framework on the contribution of teamwork in crisis management. In light of the internal and external environmental changes and the institution’s need to confront current and potential crises, manage them and minimize their effects in the right time. It has become necessary for it to determine the responsible authority for this process and the appropriate methods for its implementation. Perhaps the most effective approach that was able to achieve it is the possibility of employing and forming teamwork to manage crises and confront them , and to know the contribution of the crisis management team in the Public Hospital Corporation Shrifi Mohamed, we distributed the questionnaire as a study tool to the medical and nursing staff. A statistical methods were used to analyze and interpret the results. The most important result of this study is that the institution under study has a team work that contributes to crisis management, and all job satisfaction , acceptance and the time dimension affect positively the crisis management team
