جودة حياة العمل و دورها في تنمية الاستغراق الوظيفي دراسة ميدانية في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية –الشهيد محمد شريفي-القرارة ولاية غرداية

Résumé: This study aimed to identify the role of quality of work life in the development of work-engagement for nurses working in the paramedical staff of the public hospital -Eshahid Muhammad Sharifi - Guerrara, Ghardaia. The distribution process was limited to a simple random sample of (155) out of the total population of (246) nurses, where (147) valid questionnaires were retrieved. A descriptive analytical approach was used besides the (SPSS) program V26 to analyze the data collected by the questionnaires trough the arithmetic means, standard deviations, correlation coefficients, and progressive multiple regression analysis. The most important results of the study were:  The existence of quality of work life was with a medium degrees in the institution , while work engagement was with a high degree.  The quality of work life has an important role in the development of work engagement of nurses  There are two dimensions in the independent variable which are the most influencing on the dependent variable work engagement : participation in decisions and the superior's way in supervision,  There are no statistically significant differences between the personal variables due to attributable to work engagement.
