انعكاسات الانتقال الديمقراطي على الاستقرار السياسي في تونس ما بعد 2010

Résumé: الملخص: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تناول العلاقة بين الانتقال الديمقراطي والاستقرار السياسي في تونس ما بعد 2010, وذلك بالتركيز على طبيعة الانتقال الديمقراطي الذي اتصف بسلميته نتيجة لوجود بعض أنماط البنى الاجتماعية الحديثة، وهو ما انعكس على حالة الاستقرار السياسي, وهذا على عكس باقي الدول العربية, فالدراسة تحاول معالجة الاستقرار السياسي كمفهوم تحليلي من مدخل الانتقال الديمقراطي وذلك من خلال الوقوف على طبيعة التحولات السياسية في المسار الانتقالي, من خلال الأدوار الوظيفية للمجتمع المدني والنخبة السياسة, وحدود دورها في عملية الانتقال الديمقراطي,فالتجربة الانتقالية التونسية مهمة في السياق العربي لما اتسمت به من سلمية التغيير في بدايتها,إلا أن التحديات مازالت تواجه عملية الانتقال الديمقراطي والاستقرار السياسي في تونس, وخاصة الأمنية والاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية منها, وصعوبة بناء توافقات بين النخبة السياسية خاصة في مرحلة الرئيس قيس سعيد, الأمر الذي أدى بتونس لحالة من عدم الاستقرار السياسي. Résumé :فرنسية أو انجلزية This study seeks to address the relationship between democratic transition and political stability in Tunisia beyond 2010, by focusing on the nature of peacefuldemocratic transition,as a result of some patterns of modern social structures, which reflected in political stability, unlike other Arab countries The study attempts to address political stability as an analytical concept from the democratic transition approachesby identifying the nature of political transformationin the transition path. Through the functional roles of civil society and the political elite and the limits of its role in the democratic transition process, Tunisia's transitional experience is important in the Arab context because of the peaceful nature of change at the outset However, challenges remain in the process of democratic transition and political stability in Tunisia, especially with the security, economic, political and social challenges and the difficulty of building consensus among the political elite, particularly inmandate ofpresident Kais Saied, which has led Tunisia to a situation of political instability.
