تجربة الانتقال الديمقراطي في تونس بين التراث الدستوري والمسار الثوري – دراسة تحليلية -
Résumé: يتناول هذا المقال مسألة الانتقال الديمقراطي في بلد عربي وهو تونس ويعالج الإشكالات القانونية المرتبطة بعملية الانتقال الديمقراطي ومدى تأثرها بالفعل الثوري في تونس بعد الثورة في اعقاب ما سمي بأحداث الربيع العربي، وما تلاه من إصلاحات دستورية بعد سقوط نظام بن علي وتأثير ذلك كله على عملية الانتقال ككل وهل نجح نموذج الانتقال الديمقراطي في تونس . This article deals with the issue of democratic transition in an Arab country, which is Tunisia, and deals with the legal problems associated with the democratic transition process and the extent to which it was affected by the revolutionary action in Tunisia after the revolution in the wake of the so-called events of the Arab Spring, and the subsequent constitutional reforms after the fall of the Ben Ali regime and the impact of all of this on the transition process. As a whole, did the democratic transition model succeed in Tunisia.
