أثر الإستثمار في رأس المال البشري على إنتاجية المؤسسة الإقتصادية

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري على إنتاجية المؤسسة الاقتصادية ولتحقيق ذلك تم تصميم استبيان وتوزيعه في مؤسسة الإسمنت -تبسة-، حيث تم استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية SPSS لمعالجة البيانات واختبار الفرضيات توصلنا لمجموعة من النتائج من أهمّها: مؤسسة الإسمنت تهتم بالعنصر البشري والاستثمار فيه خاصة من خلال التدريب والتعليم أيضاً الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري له أثر إيجابي على تحسين إنتاجية المؤسسة. كما قمنا بتقديم مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: على المؤسسة أن تقوم بتنمية مهارات وقدرات رأس مالها البشري من خلال توفير المناخ المناسب الذي يساعد على تحسين مستوى أدائهم وزيادة إنتاجيتهم. Abstract: The present study aims at measuring the impact of investment in human capital on the productivity of the economic enterprise. to achieve that, a questionnaire was distributed in the Cement Corporation-Tebessa, Where the statistical package SPSS was used to process data and test hypotheses. The current study concluded a set of results, The Cement Corporation is interested in the human element and investing in it, especially through training and education. and it has a positive effect on improving the productivity of the organization. Also, we recommend that the institution shall develop the skills and capabilities of its human capital by providing the appropriate climate, to improve their level of performance and increasing their productivity.
