في ترجمة التراث الشعبي السوفي: الألغاز نموذجا Translating Souf Popular Heritage: Riddles As A Case Study

Résumé: ترتبط الثقافة الشعبية بكيان الأمة وحضارتها، فهي عنوان وجودها ومرآة تطورها. والألغاز باعتبارها أحد أهم مكونات ثقافة كل الأمة، نجدها تحتل المكانة المميزة فيها؛ وذلك لأنها تعبر عن عبقريتها ومدى تطور تفكيرها وثقافتها. ولكن الألغاز وغيرها من عناصر الثقافة الشعبية تبقى حبيسة إذا لم تترجم ويطلع عليها الآخرون الناطقين بلغات مختلفة. تحتفظ منطقة سوف في جنوب الجزائر كغيرها من المناطق الأخرى بمخزون كبير من تلك الألغاز الشعبية، والتي تحتاج الاهتمام بحفظها ونقلها إلى الثقافات واللغات الأخرى. تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالألغاز الشعبية في سوف قصد تثمينها ومعرفة كيفية نقلها إلى اللغة الإنجليزية وتبيان الصعوبات التي يواجها المترجم في ذلك. Popular Culture is closely related to the nation's structure and civilization. It is the core of its existence and the mirror of its development. Riddles are considered as one of the important components of the culture of each nation. Riddles express its genius and the extent to which its thinking and culture are developed. Riddles stay also cooped up if they are not translated into the language of people who speak different languages. Like other regions all over Algeria, Souf has a huge stock of these riddles which need more attention to be preserved and translated into other cultures and languages. The present study seeks to define popular riddles, valorizing and translating them into English to identify the difficulties and the techniques which are useful in this translation.
