عمال المعرفة ودورهم في بناء مجتمع المعرفة

Résumé: ملخص هدفت الدراسة المقدمة إلى معالجة موضوع عمال المعرفة ودورهم في بناء مجتمع المعرفة، باعتبارهم يمثلون المورد المعرفي المهم في تمكين المؤسسات لثورة معلوماتية ومعرفية، تقودها لاحتلال سلم الأولويات في عملية الإنتاج ومركز القوة في التحول نحو مجتمع معرفي قائم على الابتكار والإبداع والعمل الذهني. فرافعة المعرفة تتراكم في المؤسسات بتواجد عمالة معرفية متمكنة من البيئة الرقمية، ولها الخبرة في إنتاج المعرفة لحل المشكلات المعقدة في منظومة العمل المتنوعة، فضلا عن ثقتها المتميزة في إضافة قيمة خاصة للمنظمة والاستجابة للتغيير ومستجدات بيئة العمل. هذا ما جعلنا نتبنى دراسة الموضوع بأسلوب وصفي وثائقي للوقوف على متغيرات البحث ومفاهيمه وجذوره النظرية وأطره البحثية، في تسلسل منهجي علمي للتأكيد على أهمية ودور عمال المعرفة في بناء مجتمع المعرفة وبقاء المؤسسات لمواجهة التغيير والمنافسة الكثيفة في الإنتاج المعرفي. الكلمات المفتاحية: مجتمع المعرفة؛ عمال المعرفة؛ العمل المعرفي. Abstract The presented study aimed to address the issue of knowledge workers, and their role in building a knowledge society, as they represent an important knowledge resource in empowering institutions for an information and knowledge revolution, leading them to occupy the scale of priorities in the production process, and the power center in the transition towards a knowledge society based on innovation, creativity and mental work. The knowledge lever accumulates in the institutions with the presence of knowledge workers; who are skilled in digital environment, and have experience in producing knowledge to solve complex problems in varied work system, as well as its exceptional confidence in adding special value to the organization, and responding to change and work environment updates. This is why, we adopt this study in a descriptive and documentary way, to find out the research variables, concepts, theoretical roots and frameworks, in a scientific methodological sequence, to emphasize the importance and role of knowledge workers in building a knowledge society and the survival of institutions to face change and intense competition in knowledge production.
