تأثير خصائص عمال المعرفة على تطوير الذاكرة التنظيمية للمؤسسة- دراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة سيدار الحجارعنابة - الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على علاقة تأثير خصائص عمال المعرفة والمتمثلة في ( التعلم المستمر، والقدرات التقنية ) على تطوير الذاكرة التنظيمية في مؤسسة سيدار الحجار عنابة، ولتحقيق هذا الغرض تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، لوصف الظاهرة نظريا وتحليلها ميدانيا، وقد استخدمت الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية وزعت على عينة ميسرة مكونة من (120) فردا. وباستخدام عدد من الأساليب الاحصائية لبرنامج (SPSS V 22) ، تم اختبار الفرضيات. وكان من أهم النتائج وجود تأثير دال احصائيا لخصائص عمال المعرفة على تطوير الذاكرة التنظيمية للمؤسسة محل الدراسة، وخلصت الدراسة بضرورة التركيز على العنصر البشري في تكوين مجتمع أو عمال المعرفة من خلال العمل على تطوير مهاراتهم باستمرار. this study aims to identify the relationship of the impact of the characteristics of knowledge workers represented in (continuous learning, and technical capabilities) on the development of organizational memory in the Sedar El Hadjar Foundation Annaba, this wase based on the descriptive analytical approach to describe the phenomenon theoretically, and its field analyzes, were The questionnaire was used as a basic tool in the research, and was distributed to convenience sample of (120) employees. The hypitheses Were tested by using a number of statistical methods for the program (SPSS v22) one of the most important results was existence of a staticaly significant effect of the characteristics of knowledge workers, on the development of the organizational memory, The study concluded with the need to focus on the human element in the forming a society or knowledge workers, by working to develop their skills continously.
