رأس المال الفكري في المنظمات المتعلمة: آليات بنائه وطرق قياسه دراسة حالة: جامعة سوق أهراس

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء حول آليات بناء وقياس رأس المال الفكري لدى المنظمات المتعلمة -حالة جامعة سوق أهراس- ، أين يعد رأس المال الفكري أهم وأثمن أصول المنظمات وخصوصا المنظمات المتعلمة باعتبارها مصدرا أساسيا لاستقطاب وصناعة رأس المال الفكري،و توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج مفادها أن الجامعة تسعى جاهدة إلى بناء رأس المال الفكري من خلال الجمع بين رأس المال البشري والهيكلي والعلائقي، لكنها لم تصل بعد إلى تكوين قاعدة متميزة من الأصول الفكرية والمعرفية ،كماتسعى أيضا إلى تطوير آليات ومؤشرات متنوعة لقياس وتشخيص رأس المال الفكري بما يساهم في دعم العملية التعليمية وخلق القيمة. Abstract : The study aimed to shed light on mechanisms to built and measure intellectual capital in learning organizations .case of the University of Souk ahras, where intellectual capital is the most important and valuable assets of organization, especially the learning organizations as a key to attract and built intellectual capital, and through this study we came to a number of results that the university seek strive to built the intellectual capital by combining human ,structural and relational capital but they are not yet up to reach a unique base of intellectual assets , and also seek to develop mechanisms and variety indicators to measure, diagnosis, contributing intellectual capital in order to support the educational process and create value.
