Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على صعوبات البحث العلمي ومقترحات تطويره من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس كلية العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة سعيدة، والفروق في صعوبات إنتاج البحث العلمي تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة، )الجنس، الخبرة(.ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء استبانه تضمنت 36 عبارة تتضمن صعوبات البحث العلمي، و مقترحات لتطوير البحث العلمي، وزعت على عينة مكونة من 25 أستاذا من كلية العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة سعيدة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: وجود درجة مرتفعة من صعوبات البحث العلمي، وعدم وجود فروق في تقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس لمشكلات البحث العلمي تعزى لمتغيرات، الجنس، و الخبرة. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the difficulties of scientific research and its development proposals from the point of view of the professors of the University of Saida, and the differences in the difficulties of production of scientific research, the objectives of the study were based on a questionnaire of the difficulties of scientific research; the results of this study have shown, the existence of a high degree of difficulty in the production of scientific research; and the lack of differences in estimates of scientific research problems because of variables (sex and experience).
