Résumé: ملخص: شكلت دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة نموذجا إقتصاديا رائدا يحتذى به في مجال التنويع الإقتصادي رغم أنها دولة نفطية فقد إستطاعت القيادة الرشيدة للدولة أن تجعل من دولة الإمارات مركزاً إقليمياً للمال والأعمال ومحوراً عالمياً للتجارة والإستثمار والسياحة، وأن ترسخ من مكانتها في خريطة الإقتصاد العالمي، بفضل الرؤية الواضحة والعزيمة القوية وكفاءة السياسات الإقتصادية المطبقة التي ترتكز على أسس الإنفتاح الإقتصادي، تحرير التجارة وزيادة إنتاجية القطاعات غير النفطية ومشاركة القطاع الخاص لبناء إقتصاد متنوع، معرفي قائم على التكنولوجيات الحديثة ومستدام.
