دور منصة البروغرس في تحسين الخدمة للطالب الجامعي

Résumé: مخلص الد ا رسة : تشهد العديد من الدول على اختلافها تطو ا ر كبي ا ر في تقنيات الحسابات والاتصالات، باعتبارها فضاء واسع تسعى من خلاله الدول عبر وسائل التكنولوجيا الحديثة بعد ظهور الشبكات بمختلف أنواعها وأفاقها الواسعة إلى رفع وتسريع أداء قطاعات التعليم العالي تماشيا مع التحولات والتطو ا رت الجديدة في العالم، يرجع إلى مدى استعداد الأجهزة الحكومية لتثبت هذه الأنظمة التكنولوجية التطو ا رت التي تتفاوت درجة صالحها من دولة إلى أخرى، نتيجة لمتطلبات مادية وإدارية وبشرية وتقنية وخاصة الأمنية، والذي أصبح يشكل ضغط لحكومات كثيرة لازدياد وارتفاع مستوى المعيشي وتغير لنمط حياته ووعيه الثقافي المستمر، وبالتالي فإن تطبيق نظام لتنمية وتطوير الأداء الفعلي لقطاع التعليم العالي الرقمي من قبل المسؤولين عن قطاعات التعليم العالي له مبر ا رت متنوعة، لكنها تتوقف على مدى استعداد حكومات هذه الدول وكيفية تطبيقها الفعلي حيث أصبحت الإدارة العمومية تسعى على معطيات تكنولوجيا وأحدث التقنيات والب ا رمج المعلوماتية، ومن تم مختلف مظاهر هذه التكنولوجيا المتقدمة للرقمنة الإدارية حيث بدأت، في كل بلدان العالم سواء في البلدان المتقدمة والنامية والتي قامت بتغيير أسلوبها وصير معاملاتها الادارية بدقة عالية وسرعة، ومن هنا نأتي لطرح الاشكال الآتي :   كيف ساهم مشروع رقمنة قطاع التعليم العالي في تحسين خدمة الطالب بجامعة عمار ثليجي ؟ - نتائج عامة للدراسة: • تساهم في تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في توفير البيانات والمعلومات وإتاحتها أمام أف ا رد الأسرة الجامعية، وتدفع سير المعاملات إلكترونيا، • توفير الأرشفة الإلكترونية، مما يسمح بالحصول على معلومات صحيحة من أجل أداء خدمة رشيدة؛ • المساهمة في تحقيق اتصال أفضل وأسرع، • تساعد على زيادة ولاء الطالب ، نتيجة الاستجابة السريعة والمبسطة للخدمة العمومي فمنصة "بروغرس" هي أداة رقمية طورتها و ا زرة التعليم العالي الج ا زئرية بهدف تحسين الخدمات البيداغوجية والإدارية في الجامعات. هذه المنصة سهلت العديد من الإج ا رءات الجامعية مثل تسجيل الطلبة، الا أن المنصة لا ا زلت تحتاج للتطوير فعلى سبيل المثال لابد للمنصة ان يكون بها عدة اقت ا رحات مثل:  مساهمة في إدارة شهادات الطلاب وتوثيقها إلكترونيًا  تيسير التعاملات بين الطلاب والإدارة بشكل شفاف وسهل. كما أن دورها الأساسي يكمن في تقريب الطالب من الخدمات الجامعية عبر تقليل البيروق ا رطية وتحويل العديد من الإج ا رءات إلى صيغة رقمية، وتساهم أيضا المنصة في تبسيط التواصل بين مختلف الأط ا رف المعنية داخل الجامعة ، كما ان الطالبة الجامعيين لديهم اتجاهات إيجابية في استخدام المنصة، مع تقليل الوقت المستغرق في الإج ا رءات التقليدية. حيث يرى العديد من الطلاب أن منصة لابد لها أن توفر خدمات إدارية مهمة تسهل عملية التسجيل والإيواء والتواصل مع الأجهزة عبر الإنترنت. فهي تساعد في تقليل الوقت والجهد الذي تتطلبه الرحلة التقليدية وتتيح إمكانية الوصول إلى المعلومات. يواجه بعض الطلاب صعوبات تقنية. -2 منصة بروغرس مستقبلا: في المستقبل، يمكن أن تتطور منصة "بروغرس" لتصبح أداة أكثر تطو اً ر وشمولية تلبي احتياجات التعليم العالي بشكل متكامل. إلي بعض التوقعات حول كيفية تطور المنصة :  تحسين الذكاء الاصطناعي: من المحتمل أن تدمج "بروغرس" تقنيات ذكاء اصطناعي متقدمة لتحليل بيانات الطلاب وتقديم توصيات تعليمية مخصصة، مثل خطط د ا رسية فردية، واست ا رتيجيات تحسين الأداء بناءً على البيانات التاريخية .  الواقع الافت ا رضي والمعزز: قد تتوسع المنصة لتشمل تجارب تعليمية تعتمد على الواقع الافت ا رضي والواقع المعزز، مما يتيح للطلاب الانخ ا رط في محاكاة عملية وتجارب تعليمية تفاعلية تحاكي البيئات الحقيقية .  تكامل أعمق مع نظم التعليم الأخرى: قد تتكامل المنصة بشكل أكثر عمقًا مع نظم إدارة التعليم الأخرى والأدوات الرقمية التي يستخدمها الطلاب، مما يوفر تجربة تعليمية سلسة ومتعددة الوظائف .  تخصيص أكثر دقة: ستعمل المنصة على تحسين التخصيص لتلبية احتياجات كل طالب على حدة، مما يعني توفير محتوى وأساليب تعليمية تتناسب مع أساليب التعلم الفردية والاهتمامات الشخصية  توسيع المحتوى والش ا ركات: من الممكن أن تتعاون "بروغرس" مع جامعات ومؤسسات تعليمية أخرى لتوسيع نطاق المحتوى التعليمي المتاح، بما في ذل الدو ا رت المتخصصة، والشهادات المهنية، والمشاريع البحثية المشتركة .  تعزيز الشبكات الاجتماعية الأكاديمية: قد تطور المنصة أدوات لتعزيز التواصل بين الطلاب والأساتذة والزملاء، مما يخلق شبكات اجتماعية أكاديمية قوية تساعد في تبادل المعرفة وتطوير المها ا رت التعاونية .  تطو ا رت في التقييم المستمر: قد تعتمد المنصة على نظم تقييم مستمرة وذكية تعتمد على الأداء الفردي في الوقت الفعلي، مما يمنح الطلاب ملاحظات فورية وفرصًا للتحسين المستمر .  إدارة الحياة الجامعية: قد تتوسع "بروغرس" لتشمل أدوات تساعد الطلاب في إدارة حياتهم الجامعية بشكل شامل، مثل التخطيط المالي، الت وجيه الوظيفي، وإدارة الصحة العقلية .  تحسين الأمان والخصوصية: ستواصل المنصة تعزيز مي ا زت الأمان لحماية بيانات الطلاب وأمانها، مع الامتثال لأحدث القوانين والتشريعات الخاصة بحماية البيانات .  دعم الابتكار والبحث العلمي: قد توفر المنصة أدوات وخدمات تساعد في دعم البحث العلمي والابتكار، مثل مستودعات البحث، وأدوات إدارة المشاريع البحثية، ومنصات التعاون العلمي . من خلال هذه التطو ا رت، يمكن أن تصبح "بروغرس" جزءًا لا يتج أ ز من الحياة الجامعية والتعليم العالي، مما يعزز تجربة التعلم ويساهم في نجاح الطلاب الأكاديمي والمستقبلي بل هو ضرورة لمواكبة التحولات الرقمية العالمية وتحقيق تعليم فعال وشامل. يجب على المؤسسات التعليمية تبني هذه التوجهات والاستثمار في تطوير البنية التحتية الرقمية لضمان تقديم تعليم عالي الجودة ومستدام يلبي احتياجات الأجيال الحالية والمستقبلية . Summary of the Study: Many countries, despite their differences, are witnessing significant developments in computing and communication technologies. These technologies represent a vast space through which countries aim to enhance and accelerate the performance of higher education sectors in line with new transformations and developments in the world. This depends on the readiness of government agencies to implement these technological systems, which vary in effectiveness from one country to another due to material, administrative, human, technical, and especially security requirements. This has become a pressure point for many governments due to the rising cost of living and the changing lifestyle and cultural awareness of their citizens. Therefore, the implementation of a system for the development and enhancement of actual performance in the digital higher education sector by those responsible for higher education is justified in various ways. However, it depends on the readiness of these governments and the actual implementation, as public administration now seeks data from technology and the latest software programs. Consequently, various aspects of this advanced technology for administrative digitization have begun to emerge in all countries, whether developed or developing, which have changed their methods and improved their administrative transactions with high precision and speed. Hence, we come to pose the following question - How did the digitization project in higher education contribute to improving student services at Amar Thliji University ? General results of the study: • Contributes to the application of information and communication technology in providing and making data and information available to members of the university community, and facilitates electronic transactions, • Provides electronic archiving, allowing for the retrieval of accurate information for effective service delivery; • Contributes to achieving better and faster communication, • Helps increase student loyalty, as a result of the quick and simplified response to public services. The "Progress" platform is a digital tool developed by the Algerian Ministry of Higher Education aimed at improving pedagogical and administrative services in universities. This platform has simplified many university procedures such as student registration; however, the platform still needs development. For example, the platform should include several suggestions such as: • Contribution to the management and electronic documentation of student certificates • Facilitating transactions between students and administration in a transparent and easy manner. Its main role lies in bringing students closer to university services by reducing bureaucracy and converting many procedures into digital format, The platform also contributes to simplifying communication among various stakeholders within the university, and university students have positive attitudes towards using the platform, with a reduction in the time taken for traditional procedures. Many students believe that the platform must provide important administrative services that facilitate the processes of registration, accommodation, and communication with departments online. It helps reduce the time and effort required for traditional journeys and allows access to information. Some students face technical difficulties . 2- Progress Platform in the Future: In the future, the "Progress" platform could evolve into a more advanced and comprehensive tool that meets the needs of higher education in an integrated manner. Here are some expectations for how the platform may develop: - Improved Artificial Intelligence: "Progress" is likely to integrate advanced AI technologies to analyze student data and provide personalized educational recommendations, such as individualized study plans and performance improvement strategies based on historical data. - Virtual and Augmented Reality: The platform may expand to include educational experiences based on virtual and augmented reality, allowing students to engage in practical simulations and interactive learning experiences that mimic real-world environments. - Deeper Integration with Other Educational Systems: The platform may integrate more deeply with other learning management systems and digital tools used by students, providing a seamless and multifunctional educational experience. - More Accurate Personalization: The platform will work to enhance personalization to meet the needs of each individual student, meaning providing content and teaching methods that align with individual learning styles and personal interests. - Expansion of Content and Partnerships: "Progress" may collaborate with other universities and educational institutions to broaden the range of available educational content, including specialized courses, professional certifications, and joint research projects. - Enhancement of Academic Social Networks: The platform may develop tools to enhance communication between students, professors, and peers, creating strong academic social networks that facilitate knowledge exchange and collaborative skill development. - Developments in Continuous Assessment: The platform may adopt continuous and intelligent assessment systems based on individual real-time performance, providing students with immediate feedback and opportunities for ongoing improvement .
