استراتيجية التنويع الاقتصادي من خلال دعم الاستثمارات السياحية في الجزائر(2000-2016)

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى دراسة الأهمية الاقتصادية للاستثمارات السياحية في الجزائر لتحقق هدف التنويع الاقتصادي وذلك خلال الفترة 2000-2016، من خلال تسليط الضور على الامكانيات والمقومات السياحية التي تمتلكها الجزائر ووضع الاستثمارات المتعلقة بالقطاع السياحي، بالإضافة إلى تتبع تطور مؤشرات السياحية المتعلقة بالطاقة الايواء وعدد السياح الأجانب، أما من الناحية الاقتصادية تم تحليل علاقة السياحية والايرادات السياحية بكل من الناتج المحلي الاجمالي، والتشغيل، وميزان المدفوعات ونسبته من الصادرات. توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها انه بالرغم من الامكانيات الكبيرة التي تمتلكها الجزائر في مجا سياحة إلا أن قلة الاهتمام والمتمثلة في ضعف الاستثمارات السياحية جعلت من القطاع في ذيل الترتيب ولا يمكنه في ضل هذا الوضع من تعويض العجز الناتج عن انهيار أسعار البترول. The study aimed to study the economic importance of tourism investments in Algeria to achieve the objective of economic diversification during the period 2000-2016, by shedding light on the tourism potentials and assets owned by Algeria and developing investments related to the tourism sector, in addition to following the development of tourist indicators related to energy accommodation and the number of foreign tourists, On the economic side, tourism and tourism revenues were analysed in terms of gross domestic product, employment, balance of payments and percentage of exports. The study concluded that despite the great potential that Algeria has in the field of tourism, the lack of interest in the weakness of tourist investments has made the sector at the bottom of the arrangement and can not in this situation to compensate for the deficit caused by the collapse of oil prices.
