المزايا و التحفيزات الجبائية و دورها في جذب الاستثمار السياحي - ولاية الوادي كنموذج -

Résumé: تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع المزايا والتحفيزات الجبائية التي جاءت بها قوانين الاستثمار في الجزائر بشكل عام والاستثمار السياحي بشكل خاص ودوره في دعم الاقتصاد الوطني والمساهمة في التنويع الاقتصادي المنشود،وقد ركزت الدراسة على تنمية القطاع السياحي بولاية الوادي،وذلك عن طريق جذب المزيد من الاستثمارات السياحية بالمنطقة . وخلصت الدراسة بأن ولاية الوادي شهدت تزايدا وتطورا مشهودا في عدد المشاريع السياحية وخاصة في السنوات الأخيرة،فاقت إل 40 مشروعا وبقدرة إستيعاب تقدرب 4500 سرير و 1698 منصب شغل دائم، نتيجة تلك المزايا والتحفيزات المقدمة من طرف الدولة This study deals with the benefits and tax incentives provided by the laws of investment in Algeria in general and tourism investment in particular, and its role in supporting the national economy and contribute to the desired economic diversification. The study focused on the development of the tourism sector in the l’wadi prefecture, by attracting more tourism investments in the region. The study concluded that the l’wadi prefecture has witnessed a remarkable growth and development in the number of tourism projects, especially in recent years, exceeding the 40 projects with a capacity of 4500 beds and 1698 permanent jobs, as a result of these advantages and incentives provided by the state.
