المسؤولية الاجتماعية واستدامة راس المال الفكري بالاشارة الى هجرة العقول العربية

Résumé: Today, social responsibility and is becoming a philosophy and a strategic approach adopted by organizations of different specialties and ownership in dealing with the environment in allits aspects; whether internal or external. Perhaps part of this philosophy and its application lies in dealing with intellectual capital as a key element in the success and continuity of the Organization on the one hand and being one of the features and indicators of advanced community designed to evolve and progress on the other hand. From here comes the common link between social responsibility and intellectual capital in contemporary organizations that means as a real contribution in building society and economy for a better quality of life. Thus the research highlights the philosophy of social responsibility and the concept of intellectual capital as a contemporary concept imposed by administrative thought, and the consequent responsibility on business organizations in strengthening that connectedness to preserve the mind of the creator in the organization. The present research addresses the fundamental problem faced by our Arab countries in general and their organizations in particular special: brain drain to foreign countries and the consequent risks it yield whether currently or in future time and at different levels.
