القيادة الخادمة بالإبداع الإداري علاقة "دراسة ارتباطية على عينة من موظفي المؤسسات الاستشفائية العمومية بورقلة"
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين القيادة الخادمة والإبداع الإداري ومعرفة مستوى الإبداع الإداري ومستوى ممارسة القيادة الخادمة باختلاف الجنس وسنوات العمل في مستشفى محمد بوضياف ومصلحة التوليد بور قلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تبني أداتين هما: استبيان القيادة الخادمة لـ ( غالي، 2015) الذي هوللوب (LUB1999).والمكون من 28 بندا،للابعاد التالية:المهارات المفاهيمية، التمكين، مساعدة المرؤوسين على التطور والتصرف باخلاق والمعالجة العاطفية والالتزام بتطوير المجتمع واستبيان الإبداع الإداري لـ (بن حفيظ، 2017)، المكون من 38 بند للابعاد التالية الرقابة، التنظيم، التقويم والتطبيق والتخطيط.وشملت عينة الدراسة 85 فردا تم أختيارها بطريقة الحصر الشامل، حيث كان عدد الاناث 40 موظفة، وعدد الذكور45 موظفا، وبعد تطبيق أدوات الدراسة، وتفريغ البيانات المتحصل عليها واختبارها ببرنامج الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss، تم التوصل إلى أن المسئولين يمارسون القيادة الخادمة بمستوى منخفض وأن مستوى الإبداع الإداري مرتفع لدى عينة الدراسة، وأنه لا توجد علاقة بين القيادة الخادمة والإبداع الإداري، ولا يختلف مستوى ممارسة القيادة الخادمة باختلاف الجنس وسنوات العمل، ولا يختلف الإبداع الإداري باختلاف الجنس وسنوات العمل.the presenet study aimed at finding out the nature of the relationship between the servant lerdership and administrative creativity and knowing the level of each of them according to the gender and the year of work. This is in a sample represented by the administrators of Mohamed boudiaf hospital and generating department ourgla .idividuals.after unloading the data obtained and testing the hypotheses in the SPSS program the following results were obtained: _ the members of the sample exercise the leadership at a low level _ the members of the sample exercise administrative creativity at a low level _ there is no relationship between leadership and administrative creativity _ the practice of the servant leadership varies occording to sex and year of work. _ the sample exercise administrative creativity varies occording to sex and year of work.
