Résumé: من اجل تحسين الأداء وزيادة الفعالية تسعى المؤسسات الجزائرية إلى مواكبة آخر التطورات التي تفرضها المتغيرات الاقتصادية والتكنولوجية في العالم لاسيما ما تعلق منها بالذكاء الاقتصادي الذي يمكن المؤسسة من اتخاذ قرارات ذات جودة في الوقت المناسب اعتمادا على ما بحوزتها من معلومات ومعارف. ولذا تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تطبيق الذكاء الاقتصادي وانعكاساته على إدارة الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة الجزائرية، وهذا من خلال القيام بدراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة موبيليس للهاتف النقال. In order to improve the performance and increase the efficiency of Algerian institutions seeking to keep abreast of the latest developments in the economic and technological variables imposed in the world, in particular those related to economic intelligence, Institution can make quality decisions in time according to what the possession of information and knowledge. Therefore, this study aims to know the reality of the application of economic intelligence and its impact on the management of human resources in the Algerian organization, which is to do a field study in the telephony institution Mobile phone Mobilis.
