تقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية باستخدام جدول تدفقات الخزينة دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصاالت الجزائر – ورقلة - )2014_2012

Résumé: حاولنا من خلال دراستنا لموضوع "تقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية باستخدام جدول تدفقات الخزينة " مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة للفترة ( 2012 – 2014 ) وذلك من خلال تحليلنا لدورات جدول تدفقات الخزينة فقد حاولنا الإجابة على الإشكالية التالية : كيف يساهم جدول تدفقات الخزينة في تقييم الأداء المالي والحكم على كفائتة في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر – ورقلة- خلال الفترة (2012 _ 2014 ) ؟.و بالاعتماد على منهج دراسة حالة و استنادا إلى النتائج المتوصل إليها نجد أن المؤسسة سجلت نتائج ايجابية خلال الفترة المدروسة، هذا ما جعل المؤسسة متوازنة ماليا على المدى المتوسط، بالإضافة إلى تحقيق المؤسسة لخزينة متذبذبة الناتجة عن أنشطة الاستغلال حيث غطى الفائض على مستوى هذا الأخير العجز على مستوى خزينة الاستثمار، و بالتالي تحقيق خزينة موجبة و متوازنة تنعكس بالإيجاب على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة. We have tried through our study of the topic of "assessing the financial performance of economic organization by using the Treasury" Algeria Telecom –Ouargla-- flows for the period (2012 - 2014), through the analysis of the courses treasury flows table, we tried to answer the following problem: How do you contribute to the treasury flows table in the evaluation of financial performance its efficiency and governance in Algeria Telecom - Ouargla- during the period (2012 _ 2014).?And depending on the approach to the case and study based on the results obtained, we find that the institution recorded positive results during the period studied, this is what made financially balanced institution in the medium term, in addition to achieving the Foundation for the treasury volatile resulting from exploitation activities which covered the surplus on the latter level of deficit Investment on the treasury level, and thus achieve a positive and balanced treasury reflected positively on the financial performance of the institution.
