تحليل العوامل المحددة للمهارات المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين (دراسة عينة من طلبة معهد العلوم الاقتصادية بالمركز الجامعي مغنية)

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة العوامل المحددة للمهارات المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين وكذا التعرف فيما إذا كانت المهارات المقاولاتية تساهم في تفعيل الثقافة المقاولاتية حتى تسمح للطالب بأن يشرع في تنفيذ مشروعه الخاص، حيث تمت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 110 طالب من المركز الجامعي مغنية،كما اعتمدنا في جمع البيانات على الإستبيان وفي تحليلها على البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلنا اليها هي أن الطلبة بالمركز الجامعي مغنية يتمتعون بالمهارات المقاولاتية التي تخلق لديه مالرغبة في بدء أو خلق مشروعه الخاص، وهي متفاوتة حسب الجنس كما وجدنا أن المهارات الإدارية هي الأولى التي تؤثر في المهارات المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين بالمركز الجامعي مغنية، إضافة إلى أن توفر المهارات المقاولاتية لدى الطالب الجامعي. Abstract: The aim of this study was to identify the factors that determine entrepreneurial skills among university students, which include administrative skills, personal skills, and leadership skills, which are the essential elements that allow the student to start implementing his own project. The study was conducted on a sample of 110 students from de University Centre of Maghnia, as we relied on collect data on the questionnaire and analyse it on the statistical program SPSS . One of the most important results we reached is that students at the University Centre of Maghnia have entrepreneurial skills that create the desire to start or create their own project. These skills vary by gender. We also found that administrative skills are the first to affect entrepreneurial skills among university students at the M'ghinia University Center. In addition, the availability of entrepreneurial skills among university students creates the desire to start or create their own project.
