دراسة استكشافية لمحددات المهارات المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين دراسة حالة المركز الجامعي مغنية

Résumé: الملخّــــــــــــــــــــص: تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة العوامل المحددة للمهارات المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين وكذا التعرف فيما اذا كانت المهارات المقاولاتية تساهم في تفعيل الثقافة المقاولاتية حتى تسمح للطالب بأن يشرع في تنفيذ مشروعه الخاص،حيث تمت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 110 طالب من المركز الجامعي مغنية،كما اعتمدنا في جمع البيانات على الاستبيان وفي تحليلها على البرنامج الاحصائي ومن اهم النتائج التي توصلنا اليها هي ان المهارات الإدارية هي الأولى التي تؤثر في المهارات المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين بالمركز الجامعي مغنية،إضافة الى ان توفر المهارات المقاولاتية لدى الطالب الجامعي تخلق لديه الرغبة في بدء او خلق مشروعه الخاص. Abstract : This studyaims to find out the factorsdetermining the entrepreneurial skills of universitystudents , as well as to determinewhether entrepreneurial culture in order to allow the student to beginimplementinghisownproject. The studywasconducted on a sample of 110 studentsfrom de Maghniauniversity center, as werelied on collect data on the questionnaire and analyse it on the statistical program SPSS . One of the most important resultswereachedisthat administrative skills are the first to affect the entrepreneurial skills of universitystudents at the MaghniaUniversityCenter ,in addition to the factthat the availability of entrepreneurial skillsamong the universitystudentcreates in him the desire to start or createhisownproject .
