فعالية الرقابة الجبائية في الرفع من تحصيل الإيرادات الضريبة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى أهمية الرقابة الجبائية في تطوير الوعي الضريبي لدى المكلفين بالضريبة من خلال المصداقية في التصريحات الجبائية واحترام آجالها، وكذلك ضمان تحديد وتحصيل المستحقات الضريبية باعتبارها أحد الموارد الأساسية المعتمدة في إعداد الميزانية العامة للدولة. وخلصت النتائج على أن ممارسة الرقابة الجبائية بمختلف أنواعها وأشكالها من طرف الإدارة الضريبية قد حققت نتائج إيجابية تجلت من الرفع من قيمة تحصيل الإيرادات الضريبية، وساهمت في معالجة الظواهر السلبية المتفشية عند المكلفين بالضريبة، كالتهرب الضريبي والغش الضريبي. Abstract: This study aims at the importance of fiscal control in developing tax awareness among taxpayers through the credibility of tax statements and respect for their deadlines. As well as ensuring the identification and collection of tax dues as one of the basic resources approved in the preparation of the state's general budget. The results concluded that the practice of tax control of all kinds and forms on the part of the tax administration has achieved positive results, manifested in an increase in the value of tax revenue collection, It contributed to addressing the negative phenomena that are prevalent among taxpayers, such as tax evasion and tax fraud.
