تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لدى مستشاري التوجيه في مؤسسات قطاع التكوين المهني دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسات التكوين والتعليم المهنيين بقطاع التكوين المهني بالجزائر

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن الاحتياجات التدریبیة لدى مستشاري التوجیه ، التقییم والإدماج المهنيين،بمؤسسات التكوین والتعلیم المهنیین بولايات مختلفة من الوطن، ومعرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق تعزى لمتغيري التخصص الأكاديمي وسنوات الأقدمية، حيث استخدمت الباحثة في دراستها المنهج الوصفي مستعملة استبيانا للاحتیاجات التدریبیة مصمما من طرفها ومكونا من خمس محاور: الإعلام، التوجيه والتقييم،المتابعة النفسية والبيداغوجية ، المساعدة على الإدماج المهني ،الدراسات والتحقيقات ، وبعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية للأداة، تم تطبیقها على عینة قوامها( 170 ) مستشارا ، وبعد المعالجة النظرية والتطبيقية توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: • أن درجة الاحتیاجات التدریبیة لمستشاري التوجيه والتقییم والإدماج المهنيين،بمؤسسات التكوین والتعلیم المهنیین كانت متوسطة حسب الترتيب التنازلي التالي: الدراسات والتحقيقات، المساعدة على الإدماج المهني، التوجيه والتقييم ، المتابعة النفسية والبيداغوجية ، الإعلام. • لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في تقدیر مستشاري التوجيه والتقییم والإدماج المهنيين تعزى لمتغیر التخصص الأكاديمي. • توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقدیر مستشاري التوجيه والتقییم والإدماج المهنيين تعزى لمتغیر سنوات الأقدمية . The present study aims to identify the training needs of the counselors of guidance, evaluation and occupational integration in the vocational training and education establishments. And to find out if there are differences due to the variables of academic specialization and years of seniority. the researcher used the descriptive approach in her study using a training needs questionnaire wich has been prepared by her, and consisting of five axes: media, guidance and evaluation, psychological and pedagogical follow-up, professional integration, studies and investigations After confirming psychometric properties of that tool, it was applied to a sample of 170 counselors. And after a theoretical and applied treatment, the study reached the following results: - The degree of training needs of vocational guidance, evaluation and integration counselors in vocational training and education institutions was medium according to the following descending order: studies and investigations, assistance in professional integration, guidance and evaluation, psychological and pedagogical follow-up and media.-a moderate degree, and in the following descending order: studies and investigations, assistance in professional integration, guidance and evaluation, psychological and pedagogical follow-up and finally the media • There are no differences due to the variable of academic specialization • There are differences due to the variable years of seniority .
