European Approach To Promote Democracy In The Arab Region After Arab Spring
Résumé: Purpose : The purpose of this paper is to outline the role of the European Union concerning democracy promoting issues. Throw tracing its main projects and regional agreements including EMP, ENP…. Those policies illustrated the European approach to democracy promotion whith its neibourhood. Findings : after the Arab spring, the EU decided to refresh its initiatives toward the arab region especially the european neibourhood policy in 2015. This new ENP has shaped european approach to promote democracy to governance model with a multi sectoral channels. تهدف هذه الورقة إلى البحث حول دور الاتحاد الأوربي في دعم و تعزيز الديمقراطية في الدول العربية. خصوصا من خلال تتبع مختلف المبادرات و الاتفاقيات التي تربط الاتحاد بالدول العربية على غرار الشراكة الاورومتوسطية، سياسة الجوار الأوربية... وصولا لفترة ما بعد 2011 أو ما يسمى بالربيع العربي. و قد وجدنا من خلال الدراسة أن الاتحاد الأوربي بعد 2011 قد قرر إعادة بعث مشاريعه حول قضايا الإصلاح و الديمقراطية في العالم العربي خصوصا فيما يسمى بسياسة الجوار الجديدة لسنة 2015. فمن خلال هذه السياسة غير الاتحاد الأوربي نموذج دعم الديمقراطية المتخذ نحو نموذج الحوكمة القائم على شراكات متعددة القطاعات.
