Résumé: الملخص : - تتمثل الأسس الإستراتيجية لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة التي أصبحت في كثير من مناطق العالم مشكلة أمن قومي و إقليمي في استجابة المجتمع الدولي للتطورات المتلاحقة عبر تطوير أطر التعاون بين الحكومات و أجهزة إنفاذ القانون و تحديد التشريعات القضائية عالميا. - كما تبرر هذه الاستجابة في إقرار اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة كإطار إستراتيجي من أجل مساعدة الدول في التصدي للمشكلة على الصعيد المحلي و الإقليمي و إنشاء إطار للتعاون الدولي , المتكافل في مكافحتها، و على ذلك فقد أصبحت مختلف القوانين و الاتفاقيات الدولية تسعى إلى الحد و القضاء على الجريمة المنظمة . - الكلمات المفتاحية : الجريمة ؛ المنظمة ؛ أمن ؛ الحد ، اتفاقيات . Summary: The strategic foundations for combating organized crime that have become a national and regional security problem in many regions of the world are the response of the international community to successive developments by developing cooperation frameworks between governments and law enforcement agencies and defining judicial legislation globally. - This response also justifies the approval of the United Nations Convention against Organized Crime as a strategic framework in order to help countries address the problem locally and regionally and establish a framework for international cooperation, which is interdependent in its fight, and accordingly various international laws and agreements have endeavoured to limit And the elimination of organized crime.
