حضور المواطنة في الفضاء الافتراضي
Résumé: في هذه الورقة البحثية سنتناول موضوع ظهور المواطنة في الفضاء الإفتراضي الجزائري، وسنحاول تفسير تنامي ظاهرة المواطنة الرقمية في ظل تطور الذي شهدته تكنولوجيا الاتصال والذي أصبح سمة من سمات الإعلام الجديد، وذلك من خلال إبراز لمفهوم كل من المواطنة والمواطنة في الفضاء الإفتراضي، مع التركيز على درجة حضور المواطنة في هذا الفضاء، وذلك من خلال بتحليل مضمون بعض الصفحات الرسمية للمؤسسات الجزائرية على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي لفهم الدور الذي تلعبه المواطنة في هذا الفضاء . Abstract: In this research paper, we will address the topic of the emergence of citizenship in the Algerian virtual space, and we will try to explain the growing phenomenon of digital citizenship in light of the development witnessed by communication technology, which has become a feature of the new media, by highlighting the concept of both citizenship and citizenship in the virtual space, with a focus on The degree of citizenship’s presence in this space, by analyzing the content of some of the official pages of Algerian institutions on social media platforms, to understand the role that citizenship plays in this space.
