فرص الاستثمار السياحي في الجزائر ( واقع وأفاق ) ، ( Tourism Investment Opportunities In Algeria ( Reality And Prospects

Résumé: الملخص: عمدت مختلف دول العالم إلى تطوير قطاع السياحة و الاستثمار فيه، و تعد الجزائر من بينها، و بناءً على ذلك فقد أولت الحكومة الجزائرية الاستثمار السياحي اهتماما كبيراً ضمن سياساتها و استراتجياتها التنموية بهدف الارتقاء بالسياحة وجعلها من القطاعات المدرة للثروة، إذ سارعت إلى بعث سياسة سياحية جديدة تهدف إلى تنمية الاستثمار السياحي و ترقية المنتج السياحي الجزائري و إدماجه في السوق السياحية العالمية، وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على البرامج و السياسات التي اعتمدتها الجزائر للنهوض بالقطاع السياحي، و الآثار الناجمة عن هذه البرامج و السياسات على المتغيرات التنمية الاقتصادية. Abstract: First of all Many countries of the world have worked on the development of tourism. Algeria is one of them. The Algerian government has paid great attention to tourism investment within its development policies and strategies in order to improve tourism and make it a wealth-generating sector, as it launched a new tourist policy aimed at developing tourism investment and promoting the Algerian tourism product and integrating it into the world tourist market. This study is intended to shed light on the programs and policies adopted by Algeria to improve the tourism sector, and the effects of these programs and policies on the variables of economic development.
