دور الاستثمار السّياحيّ في تطوّر السّياحة بالجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى التعرّف إلى ماهية السّياحة، والتطرّق إلى واقع الاستثمار السّياحيّ في الجزائر، بتوضيح المناخ الاستثماري وفرص الاستثمار المتاحة وسبل الاستثمار السّياحيّ، وعرض أهم الصعوبات التي تواجهه، وإبراز مساهمة الاستثمار السّياحيّ في تطوّر السّياحة في الجزائر. أظهرت نتائج الدّراسة أن المخطّط التوجيهي للتهيئة السّياحيّة "آفاق 2030" يعدّ أرضيّة العمل الرئيسة لتنمية ودعم الاستثمار السّياحيّ في الجزائر من أجل تطوّر السّياحة، ويتضمن المخطط الإطار الاستراتيجي والمرجعي لتطبيق السياسة السّياحيّة في الجزائر في حدود 2030، وتجسيد التوجّه الرّامي إلى تثمين الإمكانات التي تتوفّر عليها الجزائر، وجعل هذه الإمكانات في خدمة السّياحة. الكلمات المفتاحيّة: السّياحة، الاستثمار السّياحيّ، المخطّط التوجيهي للتهيئة السّياحيّة "آفاق 2030". This study aims to identify the nature of tourism and to address the reality of tourism investment in Algeria by clarifying the investment climate, the available investment opportunities, the means of tourism investment, presenting the most important difficulties facing it, and highlighting the contribution of tourism investment in the development of tourism in Algeria. The results of the study showed that the master plan of tourism initialization prospects in 2030 is the main working ground for the development and support of tourism investment in Algeria for the development of tourism, and includes planned strategic framework and reference for the implementation of tourism policy in Algeria within the limits of 2030, the personification orientation aimed at valuing the possibilities available to Algeria and to make these possibilities in the tourism service.
