"نمذجة و ترشيدالقرارات متعددة المعايير باستخدام برمجة الاهداف المعيارية" دراسة حالة مؤسسة صناعة الكوابل – جنرال كابل – بسكرة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح كيفية استخدام برمجة الأهداف المعيارية كأحد الأساليب الرياضية متعددة المعايير من أجل نمذجة و ترشيد القرار، و محاولة ابراز الدور الفعال لها في مساعدة صاحب القرار على تحقيق الحلول و احتواء جميع أهدافه. و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تمت نمذجة واقع القرار الانتاجي لمؤسسة صناعة الكوابل "ENICAB " فرع جنرال كابل بسكرة، واقتراح نموذج تم الحصول على نتائجه باستخدام برمجية الطرق الكمية للنوافذ *"QM ". توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها تفوق نتائج النموذج المقترح على ما تم تحقيقه و التخطيط له على مستوى المؤسسة، و بالتالي اثبات الدور الفعال لبرمجة الاهداف المعيارية في ترجمة واقع المشكلات التي أصبح تعدد الأهداف يسيطر عليها. This study aimed to clarify explain how to use normative Programming objectives as one of the mathematical methods Multi-criteria in order to model and rationalize the decision and trying to highlight its effective role and helping the decision maker to achieve solutions And contain all his objectives. In order to achieve the objectives of the study has been modeled the reality of the productive decision of cable industry corporation « ENICAB » proposed a model whose results were obtained using the « QM » program. The study reached several results, the most important the results of the proposed model outweigh what has been achieved and planned at the enterprise level which is one of the most important institutions that are active in the field of industrial cable types and derivatives in Algeria, thus demonstrating the effective role of normative programming objectives in translating the reality of the problems that the multiplicity of objectives has become dominated by
