ممارسات اليقظة الاستراتيجية بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة -دراسة ميدانية لمجموعة من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بولاية باتنة– Strategic Vigilance Practices In The Small And Medium Enterprises A Field Study Of A Group Of Small And Medium Enterprises In The Wilaya Of Batna

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على نظرة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لليقظة الإستراتيجية وكيف تقوم بممارستها وتطبيقها، وكذا التعرف على أهم المعلومات التي تحصل عليها من خلال ممارستها لهذا النوع من أنظمة المراقبة. ولهذا الغرض أجريت هذه الدراسة على سبع وثلاثين مؤسسة صغيرة ومتوسطة في ولاية باتنة، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المؤسسات محل الدراسة لا تملك خلية لليقظة الاستراتيجية وتمارس هذا النشاط بشكل عفوي دون تنظيم، والذي يقع عامة على مستوى الإدارة العليا دون مشاركة أي جهة أخرى في تتبع واستغلال المعلومات الموجودة بمحيطها. ورغم ذلك تمكنت هذه المؤسسات من جمع كم هائل من المعلومات من محيطها الخارجي (تكنولوجي، تنافسي، تجاري، بيئي) واستغلالها في اتخاذ مختلف القرارات. Abstract: The aim of this study is to understand the small and medium enterprises perception of strategic vigilance, and how they practice and apply it. Moreover, this study tries to identify the most important information obtained through their practice of this type of monitoring system. In order to do so, this study was carried out on thirty-seven small and medium-sized enterprises in the wilaya of Batna. The results of the study showed that studied companies do not have a strategic vigilance unit and practice this activity spontaneously without organization, generally at the top-level management without any involvement of operational staff in the collection and the use of environmental information. Despite this, these institutions were able to collect huge amounts of information from their external environment (technological, competitive, business, environmental) and use it to make various decisions.
