السبل الشرعية لإنشاء ومتابعة المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر

Résumé: -تهدف هذه المداخلة إلى معرفة البعد الحمائي المقرر لإنشاء ومتابعة المؤسسات الناشئة في النصوص القانونية الجزائرية، من خلال دراسة تحليلية نحدد فيها الطبيعة القانونية للمؤسسات الناشئة، كما سنقوم بتسليط الضوء على كل الآليات التي تتدخل في تحسين أدائها، وكذا طرق التمويل التي تتماشى مع الأسلوب الذي يخدم سرعة نموها؛ أبرز النتائج: -المؤسسات الناشئة هي علامة تمنحها اللجنة الوطنية؛ -حاضنات الأعمال هي أحد أهم الآليات لمرافقة و متابعة المؤسسات الناشئة؛ -رأس المال المخاطر والتمويل الجماعي بدائل التمويل للمؤسسات الناشئة؛ -معظم المؤسسة الناشئة تنشط في المجال الإلكتروني. - Knowing the protective dimension stipulated in Algerian legal texts, in order to organize, establish and monitor start-ups, through an analytical study in which we determine the legal nature of start-ups, and we will also shed light on all the mechanisms that intervene in their performance, as well as the financing methods that are in line with the method that serves their rapid growth; The most prominent results: - Start-ups are a mark granted by the National Committee; - Business incubators are one of the most important mechanisms for accompanying and monitoring start-ups; - Venture capital and crowdfunding are alternatives to financing start-ups; - Most start-ups are active in the electronic field.
