المؤسسات الناشئة (start Up) كمحفز لإنشاء مؤسسات ابتكارية ــــ دراسة حالة : الجزائر ــــ
Résumé: "أبدت الجزائر في الآونة الأخيرة اهتماما كبيرا بدعم الشباب الباحث على انشاء مؤسساته الصغيرة والمتوسطة من خلال صيغة "" المؤسسات الناشئة "" واشراكهم في مسار التنمية والنهضة الاقتصادية في الجزائر. وتعزيز الآلة الإنتاجية المحلية. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع المؤسسات الناشئة (Start up) كمحفز لإنشاء مؤسسات ابتكارية في الجزائر من خلال الكشف عن أهم مفاهيم المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر، وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها أن النظام البيئي الخاص بالمؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر لا يوفر الدعم الكافي والمرافقة اللازمة والتحفيز لإنشاء مؤسسات ""Recently, Algeria has shown great interest in supporting young researchers to establish their small and medium enterprises through the “emerging enterprises” formula, and to involve them in the path of development and economic renaissance in Algeria.
